Did you have manual iris on?(Exposure)
Very nicely done! The quality was great, and the colours were quite vivid. I love your lighting, not bland, and I hate bland lighting. The animation was rather smooth, and the movements were very nice. Especially some of the hard movements, you handled that nice. I noticed a bit of set bumps, and the bushes rustling sounded like a bush being pruned. 
The 'No Dogs' sign was rather nice. The music fitted the mood, and the story was quite well done. The only thing I could say to improve on would be the set bumps, but I only saw them because I looked for them.
Overall, I would say 4/5. Can't wait to see more films!
